Altitude Origins (12oz) contains 12oz bags of all single origin coffees sold by Altitude Coffee. It also unlocks Ascension for the entire store so you will have the ability to rate all the coffees as well as evolve all of the blends. A great way to explore new coffees and gain ranking points in the process. Here are some blending ideas:
Evolution Espresso: 50% Peru, 35% Colombia, 15% Zambia
Evolution Drip: 62% Brazil, 38% Colombia
Evolution Press: 50% Brazil, 50% Ethiopia

We ship coffee immediately after it's roasted, and we are roasting most days of the week. We do not ship on Thursday-Saturday since there is a possibility coffee will sit around the post office getting stale (which we don't want).
